5 Axis Machining Centers

Deckel Maho DMU P 5 Axis - This is our high speed 5 axis milling center with five sided machining capabilities. Travel of 23.6"in X , 21.7 in Y and 27.6 in the Z axis. This machine is equipped with thru the spindle high pressure coolant for deep hole drilling and has a horizontal as well as a vertical head with a change over time of five seconds. It has feed rates up to 393.7 ipm a rapid of 944 ipm, 12,000 rpm speed range and a 30 magazine tool changer. This machine is also equipped with glass scales for very accurate linear and rotary positioning.

Maho MH700 C - This is a 5 axis milling center with both horizontal and vertical machining, table tilts toward spindle 45 degrees and 20 degrees in other direction. The vertical head can also be rotated from 0 to 90 degrees in either direction. This machine has glass scales for very accurate linear-rotary positioning and machining.

Positioning 4 Axis Machining Centers

Maho MH600C - This is a 3 axis milling center with a table tiltable in two axes for those compound angles. Table also rotates manually with a resolution of .001 of degree, has both a vertical and horizontal machining head, and glass scales for very accurate linear positioning.

Fadal 6030 4 Axes - This is a 3 axis milling center with a programmable rotary 4th axis attachment, it has travel of 60.00 in X and 30.00 in the Y. It has a 21 turret tool changer and a 20 horsepowered high speed spindle of 10,000 rpm with a special cooler for spindle heat. This machine is equipped with glass scales for very accurate linear and rotary positioning.

3 Axis Machining Centers

Fadal 8030 3 Axes - This VMC 8030 VMC is suitable for large and long part producers. We can rough-out material fast then execute final passes for smooth and accurate finish parts. The work envelope is 80”(2,032 mm) x 30” (762mm) x 30” (762mm) in X, Y and Z axes.

Okuma Cadet V4020 - This is a 3 axis milling center with travel of 40.00 in X and 20.0 in the Y. It has 20 tool magazine tool changer, an I-map on the console programming system, and is wired for a 4th axis attachment. It also has glass scales for very accurate linear positioning.

Milltronics VM20 - This machining center offers high feed rates and rapids with travels of 40" x 20" x 24". Key capabilities include: Automatic lubrication, Spindle cartridge cooling system, Spindle to 15,000 RPM, AC Yaskawa digital servos, 5 bearing spindle with air-purge seal, Inverted rail design in X axis, Fully ground machine table with 5 T-slots, 1000 IPM X, Y, Z rapid traverse, Fully ground double anchored ball screws, High speed Centurion control.

Milltronics VM22 - This machining center offer heavy duty ribbed castings, tough chip pan enclosure and the Milltronics Centurion control. It has 40" x 22" x 24" travel.

DOOSAN MV 3016LD - This machining center has 32" x 16" x 20" travel.
